Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations or Schedule Changes 72hrs or more prior to the session start time may be canceled or changed without penalty.

Any cancellations or changes within 72hrs to 48hrs prior to session start time are subject to 50% of the total booked time.

Any changes or cancellations within 48hrs are subject to the entire time booked.

Power Station Studios communicates official information to our clients via phone or email. We do not do any business through social media accounts.

We do send clients text messages and emails to remind them of their confirmed appointments. This process helps us reduce no-shows and improves communications with our clients. This is done through our automatic messaging system.

Power Station Studios is compliant in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and registered with 10 DLC.

No. Due to rapid additions and updates to our booking schedules and several aspects that we need to coordinate in order to allocate and guarantee time, we do not offer options to book sessions on our website.

All session bookings must be coordinated through one of our staff.

Yes, we accept payments over the phone or on our website. We can even send an invoice with payment links.

When paying on our website, please be sure to include your Invoice or Work Order Number to ensure your account is properly credited. All online payment transactions are subject to a convenience fee of 3.5%.

One of the wonders of being located in sunny South Florida, we do, at times, experience weather disturbances. We make every effort to maintain our schedules and business hours while maintaining the safety of everyone and the security of our premises.

For hurricanes, weather events, and other weather disturbances, we follow the safety recommendations and instructions from The National Hurricane Center (NHC) as well as those of our local authorities.

All cancellation and change policies are in effect until we officially announce the closure of operations. We reserve the right to determine these closures.

We will close business operations as per the recommendations of the NHC, and local municipalities, as well as follow the example of local offices such as the USPS delivery services.

Any cancellations or changes made before our official closing notice are subject to our regular Cancellation & Change policies and will incur the appropriate fees.

We regularly update this list so that it is current. There are "indicators" next to each piece of gear to indicate if it is available for use in Studio A or Studio B:

Please note that we do our best to update this site regularly and make the content herein as up-to-date as possible. We cannot guarantee items listed on this website will be available for your session. If there are specific items, equipment, or instruments you wish to have during your session, please coordinate with your engineer or booking staff to verify availability and discuss reservations and costs.

Please note that Microphones, Instruments, Amps, and other rental gear are available on a "first-come-first-served basis." Some items are offered only as a "rental item." Call the studio for availability and costs of these items which may also require a deposit. Please call the studio to verify the price and availability of these items.

Power Station Studios does not guarantee the availability of gear, equipment, or instruments. Please consult your engineer for the actual availability of any equipment.

 

Microphones and instruments are reserved based on availability. Some items are "rental only" and require an additional fee.

If you want something for your session that is not listed on our website, let us know what you need. We can always coordinate items from an outside rental house if we don't have them. (Fees and deposits will apply.)

In general, we ask that guests are kept to an absolute minimum.

Clients may bring guests to their session as long as the number of people doesn't exceed the maximum capacity of the facility (or room) as per the fire regulations.

Only guests invited by the "Client Of Record" for the session will be permitted. The client should provide the studio staff with a guest list before the guests arrive.

An adult must accompany minors, and the adult must accompany children at ALL times.

Due to the allergies of some clients, pets are NOT permitted into the studio. (Exceptions are made to certified service animals with proper paperwork.)

Clients are responsible for the actions of their guests.

Explosives, firearms, illegal items, or other hazardous items are not permitted in the facility.

Power Station Studios and its staff reserve the right to remove any guests from the premises for any reason at any time.
