Power Station Studios provides time in their studio facility. Our commodity is "Time."

Power Station Studios is NOT responsible for storing or backing up your work product!

We maintain a robust operating procedure for data storage and management. We may, at times, keep session files as a courtesy only. It is the CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to manage the custody of, storage, and back up their data and all work products.

While our staff is happy to send your work via email or internet transfer services, we strongly suggest using a physical hard disk to document your digital files.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• The storage or archiving of any client data. (Both physical or digital)
• Lost, deleted, or otherwise misplaced work, tracks, or any other data.
• Missing files or corrupted data.

We recommend you bring an external hard drive or large-capacity USB flash drive large enough to store your project. If using a USB flash drive to transport your project data, we recommend immediately backing up to a physical hard drive and even adding a duplicate of the data to another safety backup location like another hard drive or cloud backup.

The bottom line is that when recommending backup protocols, the more backup locations - the better!

PLEASE MAINTAIN THE CUSTODY OF AND BACKUP YOUR WORK

Please note studio time applies to all time used to transfer files to your backup destination.

No studio time is guaranteed until a deposit is received. Any studio time reserved tentatively without a deposit is subject to cancellation or consumption by another client with a deposit.

We do not reserve studio time without a deposit or in-house studio account.

Clients with an active in-house billing account may reserve time without additional deposit transactions. These reservations are subject to the same terms and conditions as any other booking.

Any studio session made by a client with an in-house account and not fully confirmed will only be held for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, the non-confirmed reservation will be removed from the calendar without notice.
